Perfume Package
Parsons | Package Design | Spring 17
The goal of this project is to create a perfume/fragrance for a celebrity. Taking my mentor's suggestion, I decided to pick someone who has never launched a personal fragrance before to give myself more creative liberty on the direction I want to go.
Poppy, an American singer/songwriter/YouTube personality who became an internet sensation, came across as the perfect candidate. The fragrance is named after Poppy’s debut album ‘Bubblebath’.
The design and color palette is also heavily influenced by the aesthetic and style she has displayed in her videos and all of her productions – pastel, cute, and sort of inspired by the Japanese ‘kawaii’ culture.
